Terms and Conditions — Yellow Rose Trailer Rental
Last updated: July 25, 2026
By booking a rental with Yellow Rose Trailer Rental, you agree to the following:
Reservations & Payment
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Reservations are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. A valid payment card must be kept on file throughout the rental period and may be used to pay for damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, late return fees, traffic or toll charges, or any other amounts owed under this Agreement.
Rental Period
Rentals begin and end at the pick-up and return times specified in your booking confirmation. Trailers returned after the scheduled return time may be subject to additional rental charges and late fees.
Condition & Inspection
Customers are responsible for completing the check-out and check-in inspections. By accepting the trailer, the customer acknowledges that it is in safe operating condition unless otherwise noted during the inspection. The customer agrees to return the trailer in substantially the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear, and is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or missing equipment that occurs during the rental period.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel their reservation at any time by contacting Yellow Rose Trailer Rental.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time or within 2 hours of payment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total rental charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental charge.
- Customers who fail to pick up their trailer without prior notice ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.
If Yellow Rose Trailer Rental must cancel a reservation due to equipment failure, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the customer will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Yellow Rose Trailer Rental's liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
Use of Trailer
The renter agrees to use the trailer only for lawful purposes and within the manufacturer's weight and towing limits. The renter is responsible for ensuring that the tow vehicle is properly equipped and rated to safely tow the rented trailer.
Mechanical Issues
If a mechanical problem occurs during the rental period, the renter must notify Yellow Rose Trailer Rental as soon as reasonably possible. Repairs may not be authorized without prior approval, except when necessary to prevent further damage or address an immediate safety concern.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
